My HR Insider: Connect provides you with access to a curated selection of university students and graduates, to assist with your HR projects as needed. Students are employed by My HR Insider and placed on assignment within your HR team, for a defined period of time and scope of work, as per your project requirements and student availability.
The program provides an opportunity for your business to support the next generation of upcoming HR professionals, without having to implement an in-house graduate program.
For Students…
My HR Insider: Connect provides you with the opportunity to work as part of a corporate HR team on a dynamic HR project. In addition to gaining practical and relevant experience that you can add to you resume, you will be able to expand your network and perhaps even walk away with a reference (it’s up to you to impress!) at the end of your assignment.
Whilst on assignment, you will also have access to mentoring and professional support from the My HR Insider: Consult team to ensure you are fully supported during the program, and beyond.
